Changes to my study programme
When I entered in university in 2019, I had
another curriculum. My study plan changed because I postponed my studies in
2020 and when I went back to university this year, I had to take other
subjects. That is one of the things that I would like to change, despite the
fact that the new study plan gives possibilities to learn more things, it’s exhausting
and I don't have time for anything. For example, the General Training Courses
(CFG), which I have never been able to register due to a schedule clash or
there are no quotas.
In relation to the workload, I think it is
quite a lot, especially when most of the subjects in Plastic Art are practical.
When we went to face-to-face classes, there were classes that lasted 4 hours, I
think it’s a lot, especially when we talk about philosophy classes, it becomes
more difficult to understand. On the other hand, I think that the duration of
the career, which is 4-5 years, is fine.
The faculty of art is neglected in
infrastructure issues. For many years, we have been on strikes in my career because
of the bad condition of the workshops. I would like that more money could go to
the faculty, but I suppose it won't happen in a near future.
I think that the use of technology and teaching
methods is good, with respect to the second one I think there are teachers for
each student, if you like academy-type teaching of the art you can be with a
certain teacher, but if you like to experiment or be more self-taught you can
be with another teacher.
OMG!! I hate the CFG for the same reason!

ResponderEliminaryess the cfg are a nightmare to take
ResponderEliminarI don´t also don´t like how CFG works, there´s always subjects that I want to take and can´t and subjects that are the only ones left and have no interest on taking.
ResponderEliminarI love the fact that all of us are denouncing the poor infrastructure.

ResponderEliminarI agree about many things you said, and about the infrastructure, it is disastrous, hopefully one day the spaces can be fixed
